The Association of Maritime
Arbitrators of Canada has the express purposes of promoting and providing
arbitration facilities for all types of maritime disputes whether in or
outside Membership is open to persons
from all sectors of industry and commerce who wish to encourage
voluntary maritime arbitration in Canada, notably all shipping, transport and
maritime corporation and associated professions, including, law firms,
surveyors, adjusters and insurers. In particular, we encourage those with a
distinguished career to apply through the secretary for membership in
